WHEN WE DELIVER

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and on some occasions it may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, The Little Dress Shop is not responsible for any postal delays or delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 5 working days from the date you placed your order to contact us.

WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
